How to delete your account and related data in the Rizq app and on rizq.estate: what is deleted right away, what is kept in anonymized form, and how long it takes.
1. In the Rizq app for Android
Open the Rizq app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open the “Profile” tab and go to “Settings”.
Tap “Delete account” and confirm with “Delete”.
The account is deleted immediately, and the app signs you out. Deletion cannot be undone.
2. On the website, for realtors and agencies
The rizq.estate website has no delete button. Write to support — Telegram @rizq_support_bot or rizq.crm@gmail.com — from the phone number or e-mail linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 10 days.
Realtor and agency accounts, and accounts with payments, a plan, or an agency, are also deleted via support: the button in the app does not work for them because deletion affects contractual and payment records.
3. What is deleted
profile: name, phone number, e-mail, photo, and the sign-in account;
your listings in the catalog and their photos;
favorites, hidden listings, saved searches, and browsing history;
documents uploaded to your profile;
conversations with the AI assistant, its memory, and your interest profile;
your block list and information about your devices;
your phone number is released and can be linked to a new account.
4. What is kept
Realtors keep the client card, inquiries, showing appointments, and correspondence with you — your name, phone, e-mail, and photo are removed from them, and they are marked as a deleted account. The texts of messages in that correspondence remain with the other party.
Reports you submitted remain for moderation but are no longer linked to your account.
An anonymized record of how many free listings were used — so that deleting an account does not reset this limit.
Payment records — for the periods required by tax and accounting legislation.
